Ayurvedic Learning Circles
In partnership with Tessa Brackett (Lemon Water Ayurveda), I lead groups of women who are interested in exploring Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and deepening self-knowledge.
These learning circles are collaborative group experiences that meet every other week for 3 months at at time. The experience leverages the power of community learning and interpersonal growth. It incorporates knowledge building, self-reflection work and Ayurvedic practices.
